Rental Pre-Application

This form is a rental Pre-Application. It is expected by us that an Applicant has sufficient income to rent an apartment. A common guideline is that rent should not exceed 30% of the total household income. Please expect to discuss your annual household income or other resources and circumstances of your current employment during the application process.

The Application form, which an Applicant will be asked to complete after the Pre-Application is evaluated, will contain personal, sensitive data that we will not ask you to send to us over the Internet, and every effort will be made by us to maintain its confidentiality. Further, we will not share your personal information with any third-party, unless compelled by law enforcement agencies to do so as part of an investigation, or if released in writing by the Applicant for the purposes of a background or credit check.
